→ sprucewood public pool: 40x30 pool, goes in evergreen harbor in the conifer station area.
→ waterfront park café: 40x30 café, goes in evergreen harbor in the port promise area.
• all the buildings use all packs except moschino, batuu and pet stuff! no kits or cc has been used either.
